아이파크몰 풋살 하기 전에 든든하게 배를 채운 맛집. 용산역과 이어진 아이파크몰 더 센터 7층에 있는 꿈꾸는 메밀이에요. 큼직한 놋그릇에 담긴 막국수와 넉넉한 메밀전이 너무 취향저격이었는데요...!
메밀싹 명태막국수는 붉은 명태무침과 김을 면에 골고루 비비면 새콤한 양념이 구수한 메밀면에 착 감겨요. 들기름막국수는 들기름 소스가 어우러져 한입마다 고소함이 제대로 옵니다...! 개인적으로는 서로 다른 두 막국수를 번갈아 먹어 좋았지만 들기름 막국수에 한표를..!
Dreaming Buckwheat sits on the seventh floor of I'Park Mall's The Center, connected to Yongsan Station. Large brass bowls of makguksu and a generous buckwheat pancake make it useful before an active afternoon.
Spicy pollock makguksu coats earthy noodles with a tangy red seasoning, while perilla-oil makguksu turns deeply nutty with every bite. Both worked well, though the perilla-oil version won my vote.
